Description:

Passengers pick up from hotel at Uyuni or Colchani at 20h00 to go Salar South East 15 km inside where the observation begins. Hot drinks are offer to participants. Time for observation and photography. Return to the hotel at 22h00. End of the services.

 

UYUNI SUNSET TOUR

 

Tour performed in the return route from Colchani to Uyuni exactly at the hour of the sunset to observe the beautiful and unforgettable view.

 

Description:

Stop in the middle of the Salt desert in the route from Colchani to Uyuni, time for walk around the Salar and observe the slowly sunset with time to photographs. Snacks or champagne are offer to the participants (to ask). After return to the cars to arrive Uyuni. End of the services.

 

 

REFLECT OF THE SKY TOUR

 

This tour is only available in rainy season because is the time when the Salar looks like a big mirror where the sky can reflects.

 

Description:

Departure from Uyuni to the Old Train Cementery located around ten minutes from Uyuni, before return to Uyuni it will be possible to watch the Salar sky reflect named the biggest mirror in the world, this impressive scenarios where there is more water concentration and allows to take extraordinary photos. Description:

Departure early in the morning from the meeting point in the city of La Paz and transfer to the foot of the Cordillera Real. It will proceed to give the specialized equipment. The bicycle adventure begins with very cold weather to reach the town of Unduavi, rest with refreshments. The most dangerous road in the world begins at an altitude of 2,700 m.s. in a sub-tropical place. An incredible view accompanies the adventure together with the guides descending carefully, going through rivers, waterfalls, along with the great variety of flora and fauna that the place presents. Rest with a 20-minute snack. Arrival at the bridge, place with warm weather and the end of biking (alt 1200 m). Transfer to Coroico and return to La Paz.

Visit to a colonial mine worked in cooperative by the miners of the former Mining Corporation of Bolivia closed in 1984. Each participant will receive a helmet, coat, rubber boots, and miner’s lamp and in general will buy some present for the miners (cigarettes, alcohol, coca leaves and some dynamite stick). Entrance to the mine tunnel to observe the hard work of the miners. The conditions of the mines are quite rudimentary and the entrance to the tunnel is left to each participant discretion.

Description:

Visit the historic center of Santa Cruz, with the Plaza 24 de Septiembre, Cathedral, Historical museum, Artisan walk, typical market, etc. Then continue for about 10 km to visit the Güembé Biocenter with its butterfly zoo and ecological trail. Return to Santa Cruz.
